Client Challenge
A leading national retailer recognised that while data was being collected across multiple business units, confidence and capability in using that data to inform decisions was inconsistent. The business needed a way to embed data literacy skills across its workforce to unlock the full value of its data.
Our Approach
CREDuED partnered with the organisation to design and deliver a tailored Data Literacy Program. Unlike generic training, our program was co-designed with internal stakeholders to reflect the organisation’s unique roles, tools, and workflows.
We conducted a large scale learning needs analysis to identify data capability gaps and priorities.
We designed bespoke microlearning modules and accelerators, mapped to real work tasks and use cases, ensuring skills could be applied immediately.
